Lilly Pulitzer Pier Pressure Carlotta Dress in size 2.  Please see photos. Top hook needs reinforcement and tini tiny thread loose under the arm on the left side when wearing. Only noticeable when I was taking pictures of the underhole. I needed this in the next size up so selling mine.
