Near mint cosmetic condition with no marks other than a small patch of wear on the section. Matt Black body and cap with gold clip and trim.  Cap band is stamped "Parker Made in UK".  Date code is L for Q4 of 1993. Clip is a nice firm fit and properly aligned. The nib is a fine gold plated stainless steel and looks in near perfect barely used condition.  The pen can use cartridges or the slide type ink converter filler which is fitted. Dip tested and writes nicely (see photo of writing sample). No box.
