INSTRUCTIONS (How to use our services to have your parts rebuilt):
1. Contact us stating that you want a K46 / T40 rebuild (select your transaxle model) and let us know: the tractor
brand, year, model, and the symptoms of your transaxle.
2. Send us your parts to be rebuilt using USPS or Canada Post (you pay for the shipping to our facilities). DO NOT USE FEDEX OR UPS due to the import fee, FEDEX and UPS parcel will be refused. In the description section on the label, write "used mower parts" with a value lower than 20$ CDN and select "used mower parts" if this option available. Wrap separately the aluminium center base, pump, and motor separately into thick towels and place into a plastic bag. Inside the box, enclose a note supplying: your name, eBay nickname, return address, email, and phone number.
3. Contact us with the carrier and the tracking number.
4. We will contact you once your parts have been received. We will confirm whether or not your parts can be rebuilt.
5. If we can rebuild your parts, we will notify you; then, you must go to our ad on eBay and click "Buy It Now".*
6. Once payment is received, we will complete the rebuild within 3 to 5 working days and ship back your parts.
7. The total turn around time of 10 to 15 days including shipping depends on your location.
* If it is impossible to rebuild your parts, we also have rebuilt parts in stock for sale. Additional cost applies and inventory varies. You must pay 30$ return shipping if you want your old parts returned without repair.
You must send the following parts (refer to the picture):
- Rotor motor with pistons assembly
- Rotor pump with washer, bypass 3 mm (1/8”) dowel pin and pistons assembly
- Aluminium center base with IDS (if equipped)
