Shipping & Handling

Most orders are shipped within two business day no shipping on Saturday, and Sunday  and tracking number. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded as soon as the item has been shipped.

All returns accepted within 14 days after receiving the item, refund given as money back (no exchanges permitted), return shipping to be paid by buyer. 15% restock fee will be charged for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged.

Under no circumstances will we ask you to wire money—please beware of scams. If you have sent payment and have not received a tracking number by the end of the next business day (Monday – Friday), please contact us and we will be able to provide more information in regards to your order. If payment or shipping information is incomplete or invalid, your shipment will be delayed. We will make attempts to contact the buyer to obtain the necessary information in order to continue the shipping process.
