Widely used in perfumery, due to its fixative properties, Himalayan cedar oil is very versatile in its uses.

Himalayan cedar oil properties:

- Antiseptic:

Protects the body from different germs. It is very useful in wound healing, applying 4 to 6 drops of the essential oil on the wound, always diluted in a vegetable oil (olive, argan, rosehip...)

- Antiseborrheic:

Suitable for regulating sebum production. Very useful in dry, scaly and cracked skin. Also in hair with dandruff.

- Relaxing:

Relieves anxiety and stress. Relaxes and calms the mind, being also very suitable in cases of insomnia.

- Expectorant:

In cases of flu and colds, cedar essential oil acts as an expectorant, eliminating congestion. You can impregnate a few drops of essential oil in a tissue to inhale throughout the day.

-Anti-aging:

Smoothes skin and wrinkles. It gives you flexibility and youth. It is perfect for oily skin, because it regulates sebum production.

Not for use during pregnancy, with the elderly, infants, or if epileptic. Possible skin irritant in some individuals; dilute well.

-In aromatherapy:

The aroma of cedar comforts and calms. It accompanies us in adverse moments, it gives us courage, strength and confidence, especially when we are about to "throw in the towel".

It is a centering essential oil. It helps us meditate.
