Please remember that waterproof doesn't mean your dog can swim with it and not damage it, no dog training product can be taken inside a pool, it will get damaged, do not do that.

NOTE:We have yellow, Red and black collars, please select the color within few minutes from purchase otherwise black or random colors will be sent.
Important Safety Notices:
1. Please don't use this training collar on aggressive dogs
2. Only put the collar when training.... Take it off after training is finished
3. Please don't connect this collar to the traction rope as a regular dog collar
4. Please avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours per day and please try to re-position the collar on the dog' neck every 1 to 2 hours
5. Examine the contact area daily for signs of rash or sores. If there is any, stop using the collar until the skin has healed. If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian.
6. Wash the dog's neck area and the contact points of the collar weekly with a damp cloth
7. If the hair is too long at the dog's neck, it may cause the receiver not to be able to fully contact the skin ( Trim your dog's hair where the progs go if your dog has thick or long hair)
8. When your dog have the collar on, please observe whether his behavior has obvious signs of impatience or rejection. If yes, your dog may try to remove this collar and this may cause a skin injury. In this case, please take off the collar.
9. Please use vibration or tone mode first. Shock mode is only recommended in emergency situation and not advised as a form of positive behavior training.
Note: If the collar is too tight, it's easy to cause skin Rash; if the collar is too loose, the receiver won't work well!
10-If your dog has long hair, you have to shave part of it so that the rods touch the skin, electric shock doesn't travel through thick hair ( No free returns accepted in this case)
-We're not liable for any injuries you may cause your dog by increasing shock level too high or by not following instructions, this is a remote controlled collar meaning you are the one responsible for any outcome, so use with caution, static shock should be last option and not used regularly and must start at the lowest level, use with caution and that's the case with all training collars!
