Location

Welcome to our Florida home which is located on the Beautiful Hampton Lakes Complex off the US27 which is only 10 - 15 minutes from Disney.

Hampton lakes is extremely popular with the Brits and the Irish! The location is extremel clean , very well maintained, safe and very homely while offering some great facilities which are some of the reasons why we chose to buy in 2007.

If you have children this location is fantastic since is very quiet and lovely for a short walk to the lakes or the play area after a hectic day at the parks!

When comparing villas please remember that not all locations are the same , and as a result price comparisons may not make this obvious! Yes there are lots of beautiful bedrooms in most villas but where is the villa located? How many neighbours? Are you badly over looked? Depending on design the villa's pool could have as many as 5 pools overlooking!

Street lighting? Is the estate mainly holiday lets or residential?

Our Villa

We chose this villa at the time due to what we felt was important to us when we use it with out families and what we thought guests would like. Very important was the fact it was a corner location which means that there is only the one neighbour to the right and grass land to the back and the left which means a lot of privacy!

Also the villa is situated very near to Hampton Lakes facilites so means that it is extremely easy and safe for the family to go and make use of them.

Pool heating is £110 per week if required which is due to the larger then usual pool and spa to heat.. ( £180 for 2 weeks ) - Free with current offer on certain months! - See above!

Prior to buying please contact me with dates required and I will reply very promptly with availability if we can meet your requirements. Although I know of dates we have already taken for 2022 2023, our management company also get us bookings , so I will check they have not taken a booking for the dates you require.

If alternative duration required eg 10 days , 14 days etc please ask and again I will check availability and advise of price and can list on ebay for duration.

Booking Procedure

This is really straight forward! Advise us what dates you would like, we check with the management company if it is still available with them in florida. Once they confirm I will let you know straight away email, phone what ever you prefer, you make the purchase / payment and I will either post or email ( what ever you prefer) a booking invoice confirming details , dates etc. 1 month from holiday commencing I give you access details to the villa, management company contact details etc. The management company is there to make your holiday go smoothly, but even while you are over there you can use the internet on the computer in the villa to contact us!

£100 per week reserves the villa, balance due 10 weeks from holiday starting.

£150 security Deposit is required with balance, and refundable after check out that everything is ok.
