This was only available to audiences who attended the special Slam Dunk The First Panel's North American movie debut (before it hits theaters on July 28) so this collectible is the real deal for a rare item. 

Booklet is 8.10 x 11.60 inches approximately.  Contains approx. 32 pages of content.
