The cover has a lot of wear, corner damage and creasing and some sticker residue so it is far from good shape but it is intact.
The label also has some sticker residue on it, it seems.
The vinyl does have a lot os scratching, Nothing seems to be real bad but I don't know how well it would play. 
Super rare hard to find record.
