You are purchasing one 2011 Lemax "Signature Collection: Winter Ridge Ski Lodge"

There are 2 flags missing is missing from the roof, and the glue from the blue snowboard leaning against the front of the building/woodshed has come loose.

It looks like it might be missing a couple figures.
