Payment Terms

We accept PayPal on eBay,  which including payments from an existing PayPal account balance, bank account transfers and credit card payments. This means your order will be with you as soon as after your purchase. 


Please list your special requests (color, packages, etc.) in the PAYPAL notes section when you make payment. 


Combined Shipping: You can purchase with a combined postage charge by first adding all items to your cart and making a single checkout. but we're unable to refund postage calculated in multiple checkouts.



Shipping Terms

We only ship to confirmed Ebay addresses. Your eBay address MUST MATCH your Shipping address. We appreciate that you check your correct delivery address and phone number when checking out. Add any relevant business name or level number that a courier may be looking for at that address. 


As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been dispatched - also providing a simple one click link to trace the tracking number.


Keep track of your anticipated deliveries to secure them and advise us of any discrepancies, if necessary, within 24 hours of the delivery scan.


we use Australia Post as main carriers and  parcels cannot be later re-directed to an alternate address.


Parcel hasn't arrived? Please check the email we sent you with tracking details and your invoice attached.


No Local Pick Up - Lifeasy Australia warehouse is unable to offer pick up... specifically for eBay sales as result of the fact that eBay doesn't let us offer pick up option.


Service Transit Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.


If you have not received your shipment within Delivery time from payment, please contact us.We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.


Other Terms

Returns 


"We offer  our customer a 30 day return policy and want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase "If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, a refund can be issued for items returned, as per the requirements listed below, within 30 days of delivery.


First please contact us via eBay to advise your intention (including your name and the invoice number emailed to you upon dispatch) along with an explanation of the item you plan to return.


Once authorized, goods must be returned:

•Unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition;

•With provided Return Authority document included;

•Within protective outer packaging as you received them;

•To: Lifeasy Australia, PO Box5123 , Greystanes 2145. (Prior authorization required before mailing.)

•Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged on return transit in any circumstances, thereby risking your refund. We inspect items carefully and only issue full refunds when returned under these conditions.


Please choose carefully and check the measurements required for items, to avoid unnecessary returns. (Measurements - supplied under each items product description - provide the outer dimensions. The width is always given as the widest part ie longest measurement, not necessarily side to side as perspective changes). We are happy to explain or check further measurements if you contact us.


Damage on Arrival


Claims for faults on arrival must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, along with: Invoice number (emailed with tracking), supporting images of products, packaging and when/how the problem occurred or became apparent. You can notify us with support information via Ebay.


Product Faults


You can ask us to find a solution for product faults. This may require anything from advice, parts, exchange, replacement, credit or refund.


We want to assist, so please notify us using Ebay to advise any concerns. We will seek an Invoice number, supporting images of the product issue and advice when/how the problem occurred or became apparent.


Please Do Not return goods seeking amends without pre-authorization from Lifeasy Online, as it may be unnecessary and not reimbursed. 


Lifeasy Online will decide the appropriate action to make amends.



Cancelled Orders


Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Costs incurred - including a 3 per cent charge for credit card / BPay / PayPal fees - are non refundable.


Shipping & Fees

Shipping and a credit card / BPay / PayPal fee of 3 per cent are non-refundable, should Lifeasy Online use its discretion to authorize a refund.


Lifeasy Online's policy in no way excludes customer rights detailed with the Australian Consumer Law.
