RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
· ITEMS RETURNED TO US REEKING OF PERFUME, COLOGNES, OR OTHER ODORS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. WE WILL TRY TO WORK WITH THE BUYER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, BUT THE FACT IS WE CAN NO LONGER SELL THE ITEM AS NEW IF THERE IS AN ODOR WHICH WILL NEED TO BE CLEANED THUS MAKING IT A USED ITEM (WHICH WE DO NOT SELL USED ITEMS) AND GREATLY DEVALUING THE ITEM.
· We take great care to keep all our items wrapped in plastic until sold, free from dirt, odors, insects, dust, hair and animal fur. PLEASE DO US THE SAME COURTESY WHEN RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE AND AVOID WEARING PERFUME OR COLOGNE OR SMOKING WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES AND AVOID GETTING HUMAN HAIR, ANIMAL FUR OR DIRT ALL OVER THE OUTFIT BEING RETURNED.
· Returned items must be returned in their original condition.
· Items that are returned dirty or having odors cannot be sold as new and cost us money to be cleaned.
· Items that have been returned as being used/worn or damaged are not eligible for a refund!
· Returns are gladly accepted within 30 DAYS of purchase!
· The buyer may choose between a return with refund, OR exchange for a similar item of equal value.
· Items with slips must be returned with the slip the item came with.
· Items with manufacturer tags must be returned with the original tags the item came with.
· Please send your return back with the printout provided by eBay or the packing slip we sent you so that we can identify who is returning the item so we can locate your purchase and issue a refund, if applicable.
· Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for certain reasons.
· Shipping & handling fees will be refunded on returns for damaged or defective items ONLY.
