L.L. Lebret Paris  flute

Description

I don't know the details, but the description at the time of purchase is that the flute is about 100 years old.

In the case of a vintage flute with soldered tone holes that is about 100 years old,

The soldering process deteriorates, and even a slight shock can cause the sound hole to peel off, or cause a gap in the solder joint, resulting in problems such as loss of sound.

The soldering may deteriorate and even a slight shock may cause the sound hole to peel off or a gap to form between the soldered parts, causing the flute to lose its sound.

The LEBRET we are exhibiting this time also had a gap in the soldered part of the sound hole.

As shown in the 10th photo, the sound hole of the main tube/foot tube has been re-soldered and re-plated.

The tampo key corks, etc. have all been replaced with new ones and overhauled and adjusted.
