Includes the model #42-4005 instruction manual and electronic keyboard synth as seen in pictures.  Battery compartment is clean and free of any signs of leakage or corrosion. Some minor discoloration of the keyboard keys as seen in the pictures. Please be advised the AC cord and the batteries are not included.  Will consider any reasonable offers.
