This item is an 1980's vintage telephone accessory in beige plastic. It is branded Suttle and is NOS in it's original packet (removed for photographing).  This center round RJ-11 jack features connections in rear for spade connection and a spring closing door RJ-11 jack in front to protect the connects when not in use.  Hardware (two short bolts) included in NOS packaging.  It has been stored and packaged smoke free.
