Terms: Our "No Return" policy is really eBay's policy that allows returns but the decision about accepting the return is in the sellers hands, not eBays. We, of course, accept returns if we made a mistake or there is damage in shipping; we pay return shipping in those cases. If the buyer has a change of heart, items don't fit or any other reason not due to our mistake, we can deny the return or accept it with the buyer paying return costs. Clothes/Shoes: please check your existing items against our measurements and sizes to make sure the item fits. We do not accept returns because an item does not fit. Antiques: unless the item has been locked away in its original container from the time it was purchased, there will be some slight issue that makes it imperfect. That may not be described but will show in our pictures. We describe damage carefully and make sure all issues are shown in pictures. Our pictures are part of our description.
We do not pay shipping, or accept returns, to and from international sites (as defined by the postal carriers). Contact us before buying if you are outside the continental USA.
OFFERS: Before listing an item we carefully research value to make sure our asking price is similar to recent eBay sales of the same or similar item. Therefore, we do not respond to low offers. If you make an offer that is less than 75-80% of list price, please don't expect a response. Our goal is to earn 5 stars.
