eBay has a new payment management system that all users must sign up to. It’s a pain as it means they now hold your payment for up to 3 days before passing it on. They charge 30p to ‘manage’ our money and still charge 10.67% selling fee. Just to add more insult they then charge VAT on all the above.
 
I will send items anywhere in the World via eBay’s Global Shipping Programme but this will cost you more.
