Book is in pretty good condition, seeing that I used the book when I bought the game quite awhile ago.  No missing pages.  The only issue was that some of the pages have some creasing.  The front cover also has a crease at the top right corner and that on the bottom too.  It's a very faint crease, but it is visible. There is also some spine ticks and corner wear.  Just general wear through use.  See pictures for condition.
