2, The handle bar grip doesn't have open end. If handle bar end need to be installed, a cutting to the grip end will be needed. The grip is made by very soft rubber. The cutting is very easy for anyone. 

3, Please note due to the high anti-slide quality, you could not squeeze the grip onto the handle bar. Soapy water will need to be involved when install. Or the grip will easily get damage.
