Shipping Times

I take items to the post office daily six days a week (Monday through Saturday) and provide same day shipping when payment is received by Noon Eastern time.

Combined Shipping

I combine shipping for multi-item purchases, and for many items, this can result in substantial cost savings for buyers.

When the amount of shipping that eBay charges for a multi-item order exceeds my actual cost, I issue refunds for the difference between the eBay charge and my cost.

Return Policy

To ensure the best buying experience possible, I cover the cost of return shipping for items that are sent back for any reason.

When you are sending an item back, simply open a return request on the eBay site. After the return request is submitted, eBay will approve it automatically and provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Full refunds for merchandise costs will be issued when items are returned in their original condition. For items not returned in their original condition, a partial refund may be issued in accordance with eBay policies.

Refunds for original shipping costs will depend upon the basis for the return. For items that are not as described or that are damaged during shipping, refunds for original shipping costs will be issued. For most other returns, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
