INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION:

1 .Clean the surface from oil/dust/water. Do keep dry before put the it on;

2 .Peel off the cover (a transparent protective film), do not touch the adhesive surface side;

3 .Paste the suction cup to the wall and push hard to extrude the internal air;

4 Tightened the ring cover from middle to CLOSE direction.

5 .Please do wait 24 hours before attaching anything to it.

KINDLY NOTE:

1. Do not paste it on uneven, rough or porous surfaces such as cement wall, soil wall, whitewashed wall, plaster wall, wallpaper, wall coverings, water-based coating surfaces, etc. 

2. only use on smooth, flat & non-porous surfaces such as tile, acrylic, stainless steel, glass, mirror and polished wood, etc.

3. To clean or reuse, simply peel off the sticker from the wall surface (take care not to bend it); wash the adhesive side of the sticker under running water (do not use any cleaning agents), and dry with a hair dryer (not cloth or tissue).

4. Recommended to leave it on 24 hours before hanging any objects.

5. please do not try to stick against painted wall, the adhesive is pretty strong, it will peal off your painting

No Local Pick Up - Lifeasy Australia warehouse is unable to offer pick up... specifically for eBay sales as result of the fact that eBay doesn't let us offer pick up option.

Returns

Damage on Arrival

Claims for faults on arrival must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, along with: Invoice number (emailed with tracking), supporting images of products, packaging and when/how the problem occurred or became apparent. You can notify us with support information via Ebay.

Product Faults

You can ask us to find a solution for product faults. This may require anything from advice, parts, exchange, replacement, credit or refund.

We want to assist, so please notify us using Ebay to advise any concerns. We will seek an Invoice number, supporting images of the product issue and advice when/how the problem occurred or became apparent.

Please Do Not return goods seeking amends without pre-authorization from Lifeasy Online, as it may be unnecessary and not reimbursed.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Costs incurred - including a 3 per cent charge for credit card / BPay / PayPal fees - are non refundable.

Shipping & Fees

Shipping and a credit card / BPay / PayPal fee of 3 per cent are non-refundable, should Lifeasy Online use its discretion to authorize a refund.
