Vintage Swell-Wear Kid's Vinyl Raincoat Black Yellow Polkadots Snoopy - Size 6. This is a very cute raincoat. There is a pocket on the left side. The coat closes with double buttons. The top bottom is ripped but still closes. The second button also has a small hole but still attached and closes. A small mark on snoopy’s face and a pink mark on bottom front. Please see photos.
