How to Use
- Before first use, hand wash in hot, soapy water and towel dry.
- Never let liquid boil dry as high temperatures may cause damage to the pan.
- Do not place cookware in cold water while pan is still hot, will cause damage to the pan.
- Do not put in the microwave.
- Do not leave pan unattended on a hot stove
- Suitable for all hob types, including induction.
Cleaning
- Allow to cool to room temperature before cleaning.
- Clean thoroughly with hot, soapy water after each use.
- Abrasive detergents could impair the coating
- Burnt residues can be more easily removed after soaking in hot water
- Hand-washing preferable. With correct use, the pan can be very easily cleaned by hand
