Antique copper engraved map of Sao Tomé-et-Principe in Central Africa, by Alain Manesson Mallet (1630-1706), a French engineer at the court of Louis XIV.
The island is surrounded by the coast of Guinea in north, and Congo in east. The map is decorated with sailing ships in the sea.
