Rare and discontinued for collectors with extra rare stamp. It was the second stamp used in the late 50's and early 60's.  It is used but in excellent condition and been in storage.  On the lid are the codes P-7-C.  Just noticed a small sliver off side of lid.  Updated picture but it's very small.
