Our seals have a specifically rough surface to ensure maximum impermeability even with low clamping forces. Furthermore, each of our seals is made with a cutting laser and goes through a hand-picked quality control, as is usual with manufacturers, in order to guarantee the highest quality at all times without compromise.
This manufacturing process has the following advantages over conventional manufacturing methods:
- no distortion, upsetting, squeezing or mechanical influence on the material
- Homogeneous material properties over the entire material surface
- no predetermined breaking points or risks of material fatigue during assembly
On request we manufacture individual seals or seal sets for you.
Our sealings are consequently made of premium sealing materials with a cutting laser (from 0.8mm thick).
