The Jamaica 2,000 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Bank of Jamaica in 2022 to commemorate Jamaica’s 60 Years of Independence. The note is printed on polymer with gray print and yellow underprint. Its obverse depicts Michael Manley and Edward Seaga. It also shows the Jamaican coat of arms and the independence logo. The reverse features the coat of arms and children at the Central Branch Primary School in 1968. It was printed by De La Rue and bears a watermark that reveals Michael Manley and Edward Seaga. It also has raised dots for the visually impaired. It is 145 x 68 mm in size and is signed by Governor Richard Owen Byles (ROB). This commemorative polymer banknote is in uncirculated condition.
