Safety advice:

Please note the maximum weight capacity of the bike basket. You should allow plenty of time for your dog to get used to the basket before using it on your bicycle for the first time. It is also advisable for you to practice riding your bicycle with the basket attached, containing objects that add up to your dog’s weight, so that you can experience how the balance and steering of your bike will change with your dog on board.

Hold your bike steady when you put your dog into the basket or take him out, and use a dog harness to keep your dog safe and to attach to the short lead in the basket (SHORT LEASH IS NOT INCLUDED). If you are using a basket with a wire mesh cover, you should always ensure that the wire mesh is firmly closed before setting off. You risk your bike overbalancing if you leave your bike unattended on a stand with your dog in the basket.

DELIVERY

We offer FREE delivery to UK mainland only. Please do not purchase if you are outside these areas. Please note that we do not ship to the Channel Islands or PO boxes.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. However, in some cases the delivery may be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes public and regional holidays and adverse weather conditions.

If delivery is delayed, we give you the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund or exchange for similar item where available.

As we ship either directly from our suppliers or from one of our fulfilment centres, no local pick up is available and packaging may contain advertising/logos from 3rd party companies.

RETURNS

We work hard to ensure that every customer gets the best shopping experience with us. We offer FREE returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item by Free Post shipping Label (provided by us) or Courier Pickup service.

Items must be returned in new unused condition with all original packaging and packing material. If you have any concerns or want to return an item please contact us in the first instance. 

FOR DAMAGED GOODS 

Please inspect your goods upon receipt, and inform us of any issues within 7 days of receipt. If you fail to do this you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. Please send us the picture evidence for damaged goods. We shall cover the costs of the return, and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund.
