Please understand if you are buying a used item. I sell both used and new. Used items may have wear, stains, tears, or other imperfections that I will be up front about. I always strive to cover all angles of any item to accurately describe the condition in the pictures. Please examine all pictures closely and read descriptions before purchasing items.
Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday excluding federal holidays. We do our best to process and ship out orders the same day when possible, otherwise orders are shipped out on the next business day. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and up-to-date, we are not able to change a shipping address for an order that has already been shipped.
The Tangled Trio is committed to delivering products honestly and with excellent service. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund of purchase price and taxes paid (if applicable). Buyer pays for return shipping. Returns of intimates apparel (undergarments, lingerie) and swimwear will be accepted only if sealed in original packaging.
For a return to be accepted and refund issued, items must be:
Received within a reasonable period of time after a return authorization has been issued in original condition with no obvious signs of use (trying on for size and fit is acceptable), undamaged, unmodified / unaltered after receipt of item
Complete with no missing pieces or parts included in original shipment
Returned with the product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and any product-specific certificates of authenticity, grading, appraisal, etc. received with the original shipment.
