Installation steps for the wire assembly:
1) Before installation, connect the LED lights and test if the switch functions properly.
2) Prior to installation, ensure that the diameter of the motorcycle handlebars falls within the installation range: 22mm.
3) Using customer-provided tools, loosen the screws of the switch, clamp it onto the round tube of the motorcycle handlebars, adjust it to the desired position, and tighten the screws.
4) Connect the positive and negative power wires to the positive and negative terminals of the motorcycle battery, neatly arrange all the wires, and secure them with zip ties. Installation is now complete.
NOTE:
1: We recommend professional installation the led wiring harnesses kit, please let professinal installer to wire the harness kit. If let the wire short circuit, the harness would melt and even caught a fire, we suggest that wrap all exposed wire with electrical tape to avoid a short circuit.
2: Please make sure your light within power 120W, or it would got melt as well.
3: Please pay attention to the operating circumstances. Keep led light bar wiring harness away from any moist or heat, such as rain, moisture environment, electro-heat equipment (engine and etc).
