Returns
If the products you purchase from 5000Styles do not meet your expectations, you may return them to us within 30 days of shipment for a refund, exchange, or credit.
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and their original packaging with all tags, parts, and accessories.
Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and return and/or exchange instructions.
5000Styles processes all returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned items to our warehouse. The refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping fees are not refundable. The only exception, if you receive a wrong or defective item.
All unclaimed packages might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred.
