Vintage postcard showing a country farm scene, featuring Hamble from Playschool in a rare shot of her without her trademark dark locks.  Dame Hamble, who sadly lost her husband Rafe Dibble in the Trumpton riots, is now 85 and retired.  Living in Florida, she can be found sunning herself most days in the shop window of Bagpuss & Co Antique and Junk Inc.
