Up for bid is this U. S. pre-stamped envelope which the notes indicate as U362, but we unable to verify this fact.  The cover has a Sulphur, LA, CDS with a partial fancy cancel that is dated Dec 25, but the year is illegible (if present at all!) and addressed to New Orleans.  The neat thing about the cover is that it is backstamped in black with the Houston RPC that forwarded the letter to New Orleans, and it is dated 1902, but on Dec 27th. A great bit of postal history to add to your collection.  Any postage overage will be refunded soon after the cover is shipped.  Thanks for looking.
