Boatrocker has approached spiced rum with fresh eyes and a new world palate to craft a spiced rum with a distinctly unique flavour profile. With over three years in oak, one in French and two in ex-bourbon barrels, this Australian rum was macerated after its maturation with a variety of botanicals and flavours we were inspired by such as mountain pepperberry, Peruvian coffee beans, smoked applewood & South American tonka beans to produce a unique and cinnamon-free updated take on the classic spiced rum.Strong aromas of floral pepperberry, citrus and marzipan give way to a pleasant mid palate of cherry, marzipan, coffee and sweet vanilla custard ending in a long oaky vanilla finish with just a touch of smoke.Designed to be mixed with light tonic or soda, substituted for whisky served in the old fashioned way or enjoyed neat.This Product is offered and supplied by BoozeBud, Liquor Licence No.LIQP770017717.
