Vintage Czech Bohemian hand crafted gold tone plated metal tiara headpiece element with prong set crystal faceted glass rhinestones. Made with individually soldered rhinestone prong settings applied to the metal band. This tiara is not complete as it would have had a central section and there are small unplated solder marks to the top of each arc section. A wonderful jewelry element for a designer to finish.
