Very Large, 17th – 18th century wrought iron nails. Pair of 10.5 nails in rare unused condition. 

I’ve not actually seen anything like these. They are 150 –200 years old, and really do look un-used.

Please study the pictures as they form part of the description, and you can hopefully make your own judgement on their age, and condition.

Whether it was the right thing to do or not, I did remove the corrosion from them. It does mean you can now clearly see the grain, and their structure. 

Not sure it would be particularly easy to find many other examples like this.
