We offer a 12 Month Warranty on all our products, unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: Damages that occur as a result of misuse of the product by the user or during delivery WILL NOT be covered by our warranty. To Claim warranty DO NOT dispose of the product, we will require the product to be returned to our warehouse in its original state and packaging for assessment prior to Approval and Issuing a Refund as per our process.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

We Can Offer Full Refunds (Unless Stated Otherwise) If You Change Your Mind and Return the Item within 30 days Under The Following Condition(s);

• Product Must Be Returned In Its Original State Including Original Packaging (Refer to Warranty)

• 15% Restocking Fee Deducted from Refund Amount will be Incurred (Not Including Initial Shipping)

• An additional return charge, which is the same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error.

• If you Change your Mind Regarding your Order, Please notify us within 30 Minutes after Placing your Order. Once the Package has been dispatched, we are unable to intercept the package.
