New never used Dr. Seuss vintage Time Wear watch. Great condition could use a little polishing with a cloth to brighten it up a little more. It will need a new battery installed the original is no longer any good. There is a mark on the gold clasp part of the band, shown in photos. The jewel has a raised fishbowl that gives the dial a really cool look.
