If this jacket has ever been worn, it was probably only once and for a short time, because this has never been my size. It was a gift that I could not return.  I don't know the technical specifics from Nike on this jacket, but the material is heavy and tightly woven. There is something akin to insulation on the inside (see picture) that I don't know how to describe, but this definitely for cold weather. I don't think wind is going to get through this and I suspect it holds up to rain/snow pretty well too, but I wouldn't assume it was fully waterproof by any means. This would make a good skate skiing jacket as well. Collar will cinch down to keep the elements out. Sleeve wrists are gathered for the same purpose, but not adjustable. Has the longer tail to cover your backside in riding position like most cycling jackets. Back pocket has flap AND zipper to keep your belongings less exposed to the elements and secure. There is minimal silver reflective trim on back and sleeves. All in all, it's a pretty nice jacket, which is probably why I left it hanging in my closet for so long. It needs to get out in the world with someone who could fit it. I'm pricing it for no returns, so please consider the description carefully. I'd grab something that fits well when you are on the bike and compare measurements. This is a fabric that has been insulated in way that winds up minimizing fabric stretch. You won't have much forgiveness on the measurements, which were taken on the outside of the jacket. Collar to longest point of tail of coat is 26.5". Armpit to wrist is 23". The widest part of the bottom of the jacket, which will go over your hips is about 39" . From armpit seam to armpit seam around the chest, it's about 39" as well. Narrowest part of waist measures 34". The seaming is designed to show off your curves. If you carry a lot of stuff in your pockets when you head out for a ride, I'd assume loosing an inch or two of comfort in the waist measurement and possibly hips.
