**Items purchased will ship same day on orders placed before 2pm EST(Mon-Fri), otherwise ALL orders are shipped within 24 hours via USPS Shipping. If purchased on Holiday order will be shipped out the next business day.
**RETURN POLICY -30 Day returns accepted for any defective devices. A defective device may be exchanged for a working unit. A device must be returned in the same condition of purchase. Returns are processed and tested to ensure the correct device has been returned. If it is determined that the defect was caused by the customer no refund will be issued and the device will be returned to the customer at customers cost. 20% restock fee will be applied if replacement is not wanted and for wrong orders or change of heart. We do not accept returns for non compatibility issues. Warranty voided for any devices that have been opened.
