This is an antique metal case for crochet hooks . It is manufactured by Abel Morrall Ltd. Redditch England , maker of the beloved Cross Fox needle cases.
This beautiful case holds crochet hooks and you twist the end which reveals four compartments. Medium, Small, Fine and Coarse.

The metal case is a lovely mottled golden brown bronze pattern with the words ‘The Washford Crochet Hook Case’ stencilled on the case. The end that dispenses the hooks is brass. It measures about 5.25 inches in length and about .75 of an inch in diameter. The case is in fabulous condition! It still contains some crochet hooks.
