GENERAL INFORMATION:
All parts are stocked items from our warehouse and no vehicle is present on the premises. All parts are tested and are in full working order.
This is used item sale. Every description shows condition for each individual part.

WARRANTY
1. Parts are securely marked, pictured and any numbers found on it are stored in our database to prevent false claims.
2. Every part sold is covered by a 30 day warranty unless exclusions are made in the item description.
3. If a part arrives damaged please follow our simple procedure. With immediate effect take pictures of the part itself, the packaging and close-up photos showing the damage. Contact us ASAP and provide information of how the delivery was made and supply the pictures you took. Damaged items have to be packaged and returned to us. We will book the courier for you so all you need to do is hand the part over. The quicker you upload all the information, the quicker we can deal with your claim. Full refund will be given within 3 days from the initial claim date. This will include all costs including postage and packaging charges paid. Please note we are unable to process damage claims if they are made after 14 days from delivery.
4. A handling charge of 25% will be applied if the part is wrongly ordered and postage both ways will be paid by the customer. We provide part numbers for every part supplied and can advise on compatibility to your vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS prior matching part numbers. If unsure of correct fitment please contact us for further advice. We are here to help all of our customers with no exceptions!
5. In any of the above events, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve all issues quickly and efficiently. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE COMMENTS before contacting our customer services.
DELIVERY
1. Most of our parts comes with Free Express delivery. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed same day, dispatched next working day via 24h courier (Monday to Thursday only). This not applied to Weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please contact us before placing order if quicker delivery required. Same day collection and weekend?s delivery possible.
2. Delivery to The highlands, the Islands & Scotland - Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN AND ISLES OF SCILLY, Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25 will incur a surcharge and cannot be included as part of our free delivery option.
3. We can post any of our items worldwide. Postage and packaging will be added as agreed, at the checkout. Please ask for a quote prior to making your purchase.
