Shipping:
Standard ground shipping to lower 48 is included, unless otherwise noted. For other locations where shipping is not free please message us. We have relationships with all major carriers and are able to pass along our deep discounts to our customers. Equipment Lift-gate delivery is an additional charge of $150.00 and is needed for deliveries where a loading dock or forklift is not available. This can be avoided by picking the equipment up at the terminal.

All of our units are reconditioned using the same process and the end result is indistinguishable. If you require more pictures or more detailed information please message us.
Warranty and Returns:
Unless otherwise stated all of our Factory Certified Refurb units are covered by a 90 Day Parts and Labor Warranty. Valid within the lower 48 states of the United States. If a unit arrives and is not properly functioning AND we are notified within 48 hours of receipt, we will either: Dispatch a local repair technician to your location; Or at our choice and cost, return the unit to our location for repair and then ship it back at our expense. Certified machines may be returned or exchanged within five (3) days of the delivery date if the machine does not meet end-user quality standards. Return freight is the responsibility of the end-user.
Limitation of Liability:
Kärcher North America, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other form of action) and irrespective of whether it has been advised of the possibility of any such damage. In no event will the Kärcher North America, Inc.'s liability exceed the price the Buyer paid for the specific Goods giving rise to the claim or cause of action.
