In good condition. Light wear to extremities with minor scuffing along edges and corners. Light soiling to surface of cloth with minor staining. Lovely design by W. Pelham. Spine darkened and soiled with minor wear to ends. Old hand female ownership of Olga Oldbery December 1898 on fly. Text block remains bright with minor instances of finger soiling. Some underlining and marginalia throughout in pencil. Rear paint samples all intact with marked x’s next to their names. Binding remains intact. Sound. Please see photos.
