Matters needing attention in the use of hand-held marking machines
If the hand-held laser marking machine is used in a way other than that specified in the manual, the reliability and service life of the product may be reduced.
a) The power supply of this handheld laser marking equipment adopts industrial frequency 220V 50Hz AC power supply;
b) A ventilation distance of about 10cm should be left around the equipment. Insufficient ventilation distance may cause the internal laser to malfunction and fail to work!
c) The normal operating temperature range of this hand-held laser marking machine is 0~-40°C, exceeding the operating temperature range may cause the internal laser system to alarm and not emit light. This is a protective behavior, which can effectively protect the device long-term use reliability.
d) This hand-held laser marking machine has high requirements on the cleanliness of the environment. When using or moving the hand-held laser marking machine, please handle the light head carefully to prevent dust or other pollution. When the equipment is not working, please cover the laser with a protective cover outlet. Dust on the output end of the hand-held head may cause the lens to heat up and be damaged, resulting in attenuation of the output power of the device or failure to emit light.
e) Before performing operations such as cleaning and maintenance equipment and hand-held marking handles, checks should be made to ensure that the equipment is in a power-off state.
f) During the operation, labor protection articles must be worn according to the regulations, and protective glasses that meet the regulations must be worn near the laser beam.
g) When the hand-held laser marking machine is powered on, please do not look directly at the laser output head, prohibit the laser output head from facing someone, and prohibit the laser output head from irradiating the high-reflective material mirror at will.
h) Do not place flammable and explosive items near the handheld laser marking machine! Such items should avoid direct laser or reflection!
i) Excessive bending of the corrugated tube is prohibited, and the bending radius of the corrugated tube is ≥150mm to prevent damage to the optical fiber in the corrugated tube.
