FOCAL MC 2x TELE CONVERTER Teleconverter with Vintage Lens Case - Japan.

Vintage case has some knicks in the leather coating (specifically look at the photos of the top of the case). The converter fits inside, but it could fit a lens larger in size. The case has a bottom closure and a strap.

The converter is in excellent shape with some minor surface wear to the outer casing. Both caps included. See photos.
