This border has a die-cute edge -- it is cut around the bottoms of the pots / jars.  It is lightly textured to resemble venetian plaster, and has gold accents / details.  Please see close-up photos -- zoom in.

Condition is NEW -- both borders are in excellent condition and both were in sealed packages --  but 1 was carefully opened for photos and promptly resealed.  

Wallpaper borders are a great way to create an accent wall.
