All items are dispatched with care instructions; please ensure you follow these as we cannot accept returns on items that are not laundered properly.

POSTAGE

All our items are offered with 

FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR POSTAGE.

Once your item has been dispatched your Royal Mail tracking number will appear in your sales record, where you can track the progress of your item via Royal Mail.  If in the unfortunate circumstance your item does not turn up please contact Royal Mail in the first instance with your tracking number and they will advise where your item is as it may be that it has been delivered to your local sorting office or left with a neighbour.
