One of the most beloved dessert snacks in Thailand, Sticky Rice with banana filling or Khao Tom Mud in Thai. Just heat in a microwave for 30 - 60 seconds or soak it in hot water for about 5-10 minutes. Adjust time as needed.
Traditionally Khao Tom Mud is steamed in banana leaf. It is made of sticky rice/glutenous rice, coconut milk, sugar, salt, black beans (Banana flavor only) and filling. It can come in different fillings, but the most common are with banana (Thai) and taro. This is a street food and you can find it anywhere in Thailand.
