Here for sale are custom made 2 gang to 1 gang reduction plates, these are made of 2mm high quality steel, finished in powder-coat "appliance white" to blend in with most socket or switch face-plates.
There are threaded 3.5mm lugs to take the 1 Gang screws, whilst the holes for the 2 Gang Screw locations are counter-drilled to leave the screw head as flush as possible.
The horizontal and vertical version are oversized by approx 4mm all the way around to aid hiding décor issues where paint/wallpaper has previously been an exact fit to a 2 Gang Socket or 4 way switch etc.
